Wine Excursion Day – Spring in the Vineyards
Enjoy a day immersed in nature and encounters at the Kaltern Wine Hiking Day, where we open our doors and invite you to sample our wines in their place of origin. As you walk along the Kaltern Wine Trail, you can take in the blooming vineyards and stop at numerous wineries — including, of course, our own Niklas winery. Enjoy a glass of our latest vintage and take an exclusive tour of our cellar. A culinary highlight at our winery is: Plent from the original Plentenkessel, served with homemade sausage.
The trail is signposted, and information material is available from the tourist office. If you would prefer a more comfortable journey, you can use the free shuttle service. It’s a sensory experience for everyone, whether you’re travelling alone, with friends or with family.
