Position:
Vial, Planitzing, Salt (community Kaltern)
To a large extent 500 metres above sea level

Ground:
majority lime crushed stone, some Porphyry sand

Training-system:
Typical Pergola and Guiot; nature-related, integrated cultivation

Wine growing:
short maceration on the grape skins, fermentation under 18°C in steel vat, 6 months storage on fine yeast.

Food recommendation:
been suitable as an aperitif as well as with starters and fish

Serving temperature: 10ºC – 13°C

Description

green yellow colour; fresh and elegant fruit notes, which reminds of green apple and a little bit of citrus. While drinking it tastes very classy and mineral and ends quite elegant.
